Sign in once
A small window shows a pairing code and opens your browser. Approve it there and the window closes for good.

Grant screen access
macOS asks for Screen Recording permission the first time you capture. Allow it in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Screen Recording, then quit the app completely and reopen it — macOS does not apply the permission until you do.

Press ⌘⇧Space
The panel reads your screen and answers. ⌘⇧P toggles screen-share privacy, Esc quits. Everything else lives in the menu-bar icon.
