What counts as one answer?
One capture and its reply. Follow-up questions take a fresh screenshot, so each one counts as an answer too.
Do I need another subscription to use Kopya?
No. Everything Kopya needs is included in every plan. Install the app, sign in, and start with Starter.
What happens when the free allowance runs out?
The overlay tells you the daily allowance is used up and offers Plus, which has 10× more daily answers. It resets at midnight UTC. Nothing is charged automatically.
Is 'unlimited' really unlimited?
Pro is unlimited for ordinary personal use, with a clearly disclosed fair-use ceiling of 300 answers a day to stop scripted abuse. That is roughly triple an exceptionally heavy human day. If you legitimately need more, email support.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal and your paid plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. No cancellation fee, no phone call.
Are my screenshots stored?
Kopya does not intentionally retain screenshots after processing. A screenshot is sent securely to our AI provider to generate the answer. The provider does not use request content for training by default, but may temporarily retain it for abuse monitoring. See the Privacy Policy for details.
